Where are you located?

Slumber Suites is located in Lexington, Kentucky. We happily service Lexington and surrounding areas. Please contact us to see if we deliver to your area. 

What is included with Slumber Suites?

Excellent and personal customer service! Each Suite will include: 

  • 5 ft. Teepee
  • Air Mattress
  • Fitted Sheet Set
  • Throw Blanket
  • Decorative Pillows
  • Breakfast Tray
  • Battery Operated Fairy Lights
  • Custom Banner/Garland
  • Lantern with LED Light
  • Other styling pieces based on theme

 For hygiene purposes, each guest is asked to bring their own sleeping pillow.  

When is payment required?

A 50 % booking  fee is required to reserve your date. The remainder of the balance along with your refundable cleaning deposit is due by the day of your event. Due to high demand, it is recommended that you book your event at least two weeks in advance.  

What ages do you recommend?

We recommend ages 5+ to enjoy our Slumber Suites. 

How often are your items cleaned?

Cleaning and safety are our number one priority! Mattresses, bedding, fabrics and all other items are washed and sanitized immediately following pick-up. Bedding is laundered with a fragrance-free detergent and antibacterial agent.  Hard surfaced items are sanitized and spot cleaned. For hygiene  purposes, each guest is asked to bring their own sleeping pillow. 

What type of space will I need?

Our suites are approximately 3 feet by 6 feet each. These can be configured in a variety of ways. Teepees are 5 feet tall.  Our suites are designed for indoor use only. 

How should I prepare for my event?

Please have furniture cleared from the area prior to our arrival. Slumber Suites will not be able to provide assistance moving furniture. Make sure that the floor area is clean and sterile. We do ask that the area remain child and pet free during set up. 

How long does it take to set up and breakdown?

Our team will set up within 1.5 hours and take down within 1 hour.  We will notify you ahead of time if extra time needed due to staff availability. We are sorry but we cannot offer DIY services for our equipment for either set up or takedown.  

Can Slumber Suites be held at a location other than my residence?

Absolutely! However, you must check and get any necessary permit or approval at least a week prior to the event.  At this time, suites may only be used indoors. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. Although deposits are non-refundable, they can be applied towards a future reservation. 

What are additional policies to consider?

Please keep all pets off of and away from the equipment.    

Please note that we are unable to service any smoking home. 

We ask that party goers refrain from eating or drinking "messy items" in the suites.
